Enlisted on 27 Nov 1914. Served in the 13th East Yorkshire Regiment. Discharged with Dropsy on 15 Jan 1915. Awarded the Silver War Badge (No: B103793). Died on 21 Feb 1920, aged 37.
His widow remarried on 2 April 1921 and his war pension was refused.
