Born Hull. Son of Henry and Sarah Robinson, of Walk House Lane, Barrow-on-Humber, Lincolnshire, (CWGC address). He served with the 1/5th Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed at Loos, on 13/10/1915, aged 19.
He brother, Pte, George Robinson, PO/S/271, Royal Marine Light Infantry, Portsmouth Bn. Royal Naval Divison, was killed at Gallipoli, on 06/05/1915, aged 28. He is commemorated on the Helles Memorial. Turkey.
