HIS WIFE LOUISA EMILY GRANGER (1882-1976) AND FOUR CHILDREN LIVED AT, 54 BERNARD ROAD, CUSTOM HOUSE, LONDON. EMPLOYED AS A COPPERSMITH’S LABOURER (1911 CENSUS). HE ENLISTED AT CANNING TOWN, ESSEX. SERVED WITH THE 13TH ESSEX REGIMENT. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 28/04/1917, AGED 33.

HE IS COMMEMORATED ON THE ARRAS MEMORIAL.
