Stimson, Frank Molyneux

Born Wressle, Howden, 1896. Son of Frank and Frances M. Stimson, of Station Road, Flitwick, Ampthill, Bedfordshire (CWGC address). His father was a Farm Manager. He had relatives at 85, Plane Street, Hull (1901 Census).

Enlisted in Hull. Formerly 1803, East Riding Yeomanry. Transferred to the 9th King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. Killed in action, on 23/10/1918, aged 23.

Buried in France. His grave reads, THE DEARLY LOVED AND ONLY CHILD OF F.& F.M. STIMSON OF WRESSLE, YORKSHIRE

He left £20 in his will to his father, Frank.
