Train, Albert

Born Hornsea, 1894. Third son of George Edward train and Mary Jane Train, of 1, St Nicholas Mount, Newbegin, Hornsea. Son of a coal dealer. He had three brothers and seven sisters. He worked as an Assistant grocer.

He enlisted in Hull. Served as Corporal, with the 7th King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. Died of wounds, on 01/07/1916, aged 22. Buried at Merville Communal Cemetery, France. His grave inscription reads, GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN

he left £108 to his mother, Mary at this Probate Address.
