ENLISTED HALIFAX. SERVED IN THE 2ND/6TH WEST RIDING REGIMENT. KILLED IN ACTION, ON 27/11/1917, AGED 20. COMMEMORATED ON THE CAMBRAI MEMORIAL.
HIS BROTHER, LANCE SERGEANT, WILLIAM WALTON, 7TH EYR, WHO WAS ALSO BORN IN HULL, WAS KILLED IN ACTION, ON 09/02/1917, AGED 25

It does not say that David worked at Luddendenfoot, West Yorkshire, in the newspaper article, but I know he did as I’ve discovered this info from another source
