BORN HULL 1881. YOUNGEST SON OF JANE & THE LATE WILLIAM WARNER (1849-1882), OF 102, ADELAIDE STREET, HULL AND 1 NELSON AVENUE, WELLINGTON LANE, HULL (WAR PENSION ADDRESS).

BEFORE WAR HE WORKED FOR HULL CITY TRAMWAYS FOR ELEVEN YEARS.

HE SERVED WITH THE 20TH NORTHUMBERLAND FUSILIERS AND WAS KILLED IN ACTION, ON 09/04/1917, AGED 37. HE IS COMMEMORATED ON THE ARRAS MEMORIAL, FRANCE.

HIS DEATH WAS REPORTED IN THE HULL DAILY MAIL ON 15TH FEBRUARY 1918, WITH HIS PHOTOGRAPH. *.
