DIED OF WOUNDS AT NO:4 CASUALTY CLEARING STATION, ON 12TH APRIL 1918, AGED 22. BURIED IN PERNES MILITARY CEMERTY. UNMARRIED. HIS ARMY EFFECTS WERE EFT TO HIS FATHER, CHARLES.
