Born 30/07/1884. Son of Mathias Fowlow, of Trinity, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland. Served as Leading Seaman, on the S/S 'KILPENO', in the Newfoundland Royal Naval Reserve. Newfoundland at the time was independent of Canada. He died on 22 Feb 1917, aged 33, and is buried at Hull Western Cemetery.
